GREEN MATCHA KIWI CHIA PUDDING


INGREDIENTS:

For the Matcha Green Tea Pudding —

⤷ 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk

⤷ 1/3 cup chia seeds

⤷ 2 1/2 tsp matcha green tea

⤷ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

⤷ 1 tbsp maple syrup

Additional toppings (optional) —

Kiwi, blueberries, walnuts (really any kind of additional fruit/nut combo could work, this is just what I like best!)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the chia pudding.

2.) Pour into mason jars. 

3.) Securely fasten the lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to have for the next day.

4.) After 4 hours, the chia pudding will be thick and creamy. 

5.) Serve with desired toppings or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
